The General Manager Finance, Investment reports to the Chief Finance Officer, Asia and serves as a finance business partner for the investment unit. The investment unit covers funds, asset management and property management, as well as management of Group's co-investment stakes in the funds. Your duties include but not limited to the following:

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic and operational financial plans to ensure the achievement of business unit objectives in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• In charge of Investment segment regional financial reporting for Asia covering monthly, quarterly and yearly management and statutory reporting as well as business planning.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in similar role and capacity
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related technical discipline which may include CA and/or CPA qualification, combined with advanced subject matter knowledge across the function and advanced people management skills.
• Experience in developing business plans and implementing financial mechanisms, and/or sound commercial acumen and in-depth understanding of general and transactional accounting, cost accounting and reporting.
• Problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex issues, guide and coach others in the resolution of problems.
