Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or shared services.

* A solid grasp of Singapore employment laws and experience with work pass processes.

* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support various HR functions across the entire spectrum.
• Contribute to payroll processing and employee tax-related matters.
• Assist with the onboarding processes for staff.
• Maintain accurate records of personnel, attendance and leave, along with handling general administrative tasks, including documentation and filing.
• Aid in the application, renewal, cancellation, and appeal processes for work passes, as well as manage medical check-up arrangements.
• Ensure the efficient use, maintenance, and management of office equipment and resources.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.​​​​​​​

Candidate Requirements:

• Knowledge of HRMS software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detailed, meticulous with good organisation skills.
• Able to work in a team and individually.
