Job Descriptions:
- Provide support to the Human Resource department in day-to-day operations to align with company business goals and objectives.
- Data entry, coordinate with project teams
- Supports on staff onboarding
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR dept and Manager
- Update daily, weekly and monthly attendance report.
- Check and submit employees' leave and claim.
- Assist with work passes application (WPOL, EPOL).
- Document controller task to be assigned
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
