• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the shop(s) you are assigned to.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
• Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
• Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
• Front desk duties, including scheduling appointments.
• Assisting with maintaining the general cleaniness of the shop, including the front desk area and toilets.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work long hours, 6 days a week and on public holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Strong time, task, and resource management skills.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.

• MINIMUM 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL ADMINISTRATION & HR OPERATIONS
• KNOWLEDGE OF BANGLADESHI FOOD HABITS/CULTURE
• HANDLING STAFF IN MEAT & FISH PROCESSING UNIT
• GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS & PAYROLL MANAGEMENT
• GOOD ORAL & WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH & BANGLADESHI
• HANDLE BUYER/SELLER NEGOTIATIONS
• ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS IF NECESSARY

Project Management

• In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings;
• Participate in planning and execution of projects undertaken by the company;
• Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project supervision and documentation;
• Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget;
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks;
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of workers to achieve operational and project goals;
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Factory Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth production processes;
• Manage and maintain equipment, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime;
• Implement and uphold safety and quality standards in the factory;
• Managing the workflow of their employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasks;
• Assessing the work performance of their employees and identifying areas that need improvement;
• Facilitate effective communication and integration within a culturally diverse workforce;
• Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles;
• Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company’s plans and vision.
