This position reports to the director. He/she is responsible for the full spectrum of general office operations, facilities and administrative functions and ensures smooth business operation,ensuring that coordination and execution of administrative projects and on-going work tasks are accomplished efficiently and accurately also to ensure procurement and utilization of company assets in a cost-effective way.

Individual to be involved in:
1. Responsible for the full spectrum of administration functions
2. Planning administrative processes.
3. Maintaining updated records and document data ensuring documentations are accurate
4. Financial and accounting functions
5. Any other administration / operation duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis.

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Responsible for overseeing company's administation management
2. Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills
3. Able to manage the coordination of finance and budget matters
4. Able to plan and coordinate administrative procedures

Duties

Resolving customer issues

Ensure and upkeep highest level of customer service

Work Closely with marketing department to disseminate information to staff

Gather feedback from customers and report to higher management

Work with kitchen crew to ensure food quality

Handle other administrative duties such as ordering stock, cashiering and duty rostering

Responsibilities

● Lead daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

● Design and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality across all logistics functions.

● Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline the supply chain, enhance delivery timelines, and reduce lead times

● Manage inventory accuracy, minimize stock discrepancies, and oversee stock replenishment processes.

● Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities.

● Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and use data insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, including safety protocols, environmental standards, and quality control

● Plan, monitor, and manage operational budgets to optimize resources and minimize costs without compromising service quality

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

● Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management within the logistics or supply chain sector, with proven leadership experience.

● Proficient in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS), ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.

● Strong analytical abilities with experience in data analysis, process optimization, and performance metrics.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
