Your new role

Reporting to the HR manager, you will collaborate with management and key support teams to align HR strategies with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage full cycle recruitment, from interviewing potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates, conducting background checks and employment verifications. Managing the on-boarding process to ensure smooth integration.
• Served as the primary contact for all employee related enquiries. Supports the HR managers on performance management strategies by developing a performance management framework and processes, ensuring continuous engagement, ownership and growth mindset of people managers and employees in the organisation.
• Drive continuous process improvements in all aspects of the employee lifecycle
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Process end to end payroll and manage employee benefits programmes and providing HR leadership to the HR team, guiding and mentoring team members to build on capabilities.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to converse in Mandarin is essential as there is liaison with Chinese counterparts.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to address and resolve issues efficiently.
• The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
• Communicate and interact effectively (verbal, presentation, facilitation & listening modes of communication) across organisational and cultural boundaries.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years working experience, preferably in a banking or financial institute.
• Experience of leading a team preferred
