RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare term sheet, pitchbook and structure credit facilities to pitch for syndicated loan mandates. Conduct market analysis to support underwriting, distribution and secondary sell-down off syndicated loans. Handle financial institutions, government-linked companies and large corporates within Southeast Asia, Australia and India. Experience in the entire credit process from deal origination up to conclusion, including documentation. Manage and execute loan syndication transactions, including origination/negotiations, sell-downs, documentation and financial closing. Establish good relationships with clients, banks, insurance companies and non-bank financial institutions. REQUIREMENTS: Possess relevant experience in originating syndicated loans within Southeast Asia. Sound credit analysis skills, loan documentation and negotiation skills. Deep Market knowledge and prior experience in both Singapore and regional loan syndication markets (i.e. Australia, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Vietnam, etc) is preferred.
