As a Project Manager, you will be in charge of the Project Planning & Execution for implementation of Cash Management solution into Europe and Asia Region for Cash Management System of the company. This role is to manage Cash Management IT projects (Site initiatives with Regional application/IT impact as well as Regional application releases). This role is essential a leadership role to manage the various components that forms the project team/scope and timely reporting (progress status and mandays/financials) and escalations to Management is essential to flag critical dependencies, risks and issues for an executive decision that will align the delivery plan back on track.

Main responsibilities

• Deliver IT projects/releases within the agreed budget and schedule without compromising quality, with strong tracking/budget control skills
• Be knowledgeable functionally and drive projects, Inclusive of BAU works, from initiation to post implementation support following SDLC/Agile methodologies. Enforce the Bank's project management policies and procedures.
• Set expectation and project governance at kick off and monitor adherence/compliance throughout the project phases.
• Lead the (Core and Extended) Teams together and collaborate closely to deliver the project/release. Ensure delivery plans, objectives and targets are aligned clearly with the teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Profile

• Proven record to setup strong project governance in large and complex projects/programs. Candidates with experience with projects with value > SGD 500k will be advantageous
• PMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory; proven track records in managing medium to large sized project teams and deliverables.
• Have experience in project budgeting/financial planning and tracking, Candidates with experience with projects with value > SGD 500k will be advantageous
• Experienced in running Agile methodologies project
• Experienced in Cash Management IT or possess Cash Management domain knowledge would be a plus.

Job Summary:

The Placement manager is responsible to match job opportunities with mature job seekers, follow up on post placement review to address employment concerns. Provide employment coaching and give recommendation on necessary training to equip mature job seekers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Screening: Actively seek out and identify potential job openings that align with the skills and experience of mature workers. Conduct thorough screening processes to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles

2. Candidate Matching: Match qualified mature workers with appropriate job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job application process.

3. Employer Engagement: Build strong relationships with employers in various sectors to promote the benefits of hiring mature workers. Educate employers about the unique skills and experiences that mature workers bring to the table.

4. Advocacy and Outreach: Represent CFS at industry events, conferences, and job fairs to raise awareness about the value of mature workers. Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.

5. Performance Tracking: Maintain Job seekers database, monitor and track the success of placements to measure the impact of CFS’ efforts. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.

audax is looking for a dynamic individual to be a Finance Manager. You will be a trusted advisor to both functional leaders and executives and will play a key role in a fast growing organisation. What You Will Be Doing
