Job Summary:

The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within an organization. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

• Manage all HR-related activities for Singapore offices, including payroll using OpenSoft for approximately 150 headcounts.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and employee development.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring equity and competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including health and safety regulations.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance.

Administrative Management:

• Oversee office operations, including managing administrative staff and office facilities.
• Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
• Ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes, such as document management and scheduling.

Employee Engagement and Welfare:
