We are looking to hire a Human Resource (HR) Manager to handle our HR operations and act as a strategic partner to the business units, providing expert advice on HR matters and aligning HR practices with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

• Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and challenges, providing HR solutions that align with business strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager / Business Partner or similar role, with a good understanding of HR best practices and business acumen.
• Candidates with past consultancy background (eg. Staffing / RPO) will have an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Singaporean employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for Samsung Online initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, IT, and logistics, to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.

2. Reporting

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

3. Operational Excellence

• Oversee project documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and status reports, to ensure clarity and alignment.

Key Requirements:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in Consulting, e-commerce or Consumer Electronics.
• Proven experience working within a PMO environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis).
