• Overall in charge of HR Function with full spectrum of services including recruitment and talent management/retention, succession planning, workforce planning and scheduling, training and development, salary and benefits administration and total reward function, support overseas subsidiary setup, build dedication and commitment, discuss issues and conflicts, recognition and incentives system, policy and compliance etc.

Job Requirement

· Minimum degree hoder with 3-4 years related experience.

Reporting to Director, Organisational Development & Human Resources, you will be a trusted advisor to Management, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture. Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Recruitment
