Job Purpose:

The HR Manager will lead and manage the human resources function, overseeing operations across multiple business units and ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives. 7. Strategic HR Planning:

8. Collaboration with Indonesia HR Team:

• Coordinate with the Indonesia HR team to streamline processes and leverage regional expertise.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
