We are seeking an experienced logistics hr executive to join our team on a short-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in logistics or HR-related roles and be able to commit immediately till 30 March 2025 with the option to extend.

About the Role:
As an logistics HR executive, you will be responsible for supporting payroll, maintaining employee records, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations, which includes hiring and coordinating of schedules.

Responsibilities:

* Supporting payroll and ensuring timely payment
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
* Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Preparing HR-related documents and reports
* Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

* At least one year of experience in Logistics and HR-related roles
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for the local company entity.
• Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Calculation of overtime, allowance, and salary computation.
• Keep track of employee attendance for record via HR system.
• Processing of staff claims and statutory claims.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience in handling end-to-end payroll processing for local and regional entities.
• Prior experience using Timesoft payroll system will be ideal.
• Candidate with immediate availaibility or with short notice will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for the retail business in Singapore for all HR related matters
• This is not limited to employee onboarding, payroll, claims and annual leave processes, implementing new HRIS, employer branding etc
• Responsible for monthly payroll processing/checking (30+ HC) + corporate office (abt 20 HC), insurance renewal and office administrative tasks for the Group and retail entities based in Singapore
• Liaison with the Union on all tripartite matters and collective agreement
• Support and leading HR transformation projects aiming to enhance operational efficiency, employee experience and organization culture
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitments across the board
• Manage the employee full life cycle from hire to retire
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail industry will be advantage
• Keen in HR Generalist and regional HR Transformation projects
• Have a mindset for continuous improvement (pro-active to reach out for clarification) and technical savvy
• Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia employment laws and practices
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Knowledge of TimesSoft would be an added advantage

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday
