As part of the Global Headquarters for Asahi Global Procurement, the HR Programs and Projects Lead will design, manage, and execute high-impact HR initiatives focused on Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) in collaboration with Procurement leadership teams, regional HR team as well as Asahi Group HR. Main purpose of the job

As part of the Global Headquarters for Asahi Global Procurement, the HR Programs and Projects Lead will design, manage, and execute high-impact HR initiatives focused on Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) in collaboration with Procurement leadership teams, regional HR team as well as Asahi Group HR.  This role supports both the global business function (Asahi Global Procurement) and the global office, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall strategy and long-term objectives.
