About the role:

About the role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role will support the HR Manager across various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to document management and event planning. You will play a key role in keeping our processes organised and ensuring our values are embedded in every aspect of our work

Outcomes:

1. Efficient Recruitment Support - Assist in posting job advertisements across relevant job boards within 24 hours of receiving the request, contributing to a streamlined end-to-end recruitment process. 2. 5. Social Media Support - Support HR branding and recruitment efforts on social media by assisting with the creation of engaging content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Develop at least one creative content idea per week that showcases company culture and engages potential candidates. Track engagement metrics and share performance insights with the HR Manager monthly.

To do this, you will have:
