Finance
• Manage full set of accounts, AP/AR, P/L Statement and B/S for company and subsidiary
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Quarterly GST reporting to IRAS
• Handle intercompany reconciliation of transactions and loan balances
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes
• Optimise cash flows, process payroll & employee claims, perform vendor payments.
• Ensure timely financial audit, handle audit compliance, liaise with auditors, company AGM, secretarial
compliance and engage tax auditors for tax filing.
• Liaise with bankers and finance companies for financing matters
• Manage grant claims
• Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
HR & Admin
• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive work environment
• Update HR manual and review company policies on a periodic basis
• Prepare monthly Staff payroll, CPF and related matters
• Liaise with MOM on employment matters for foreign employees
• Assist department heads/managers on recruitment matters
• Preparation of employees’ appointment, confirmation, promotion and termination letters
• Manage staff training matters and liaise with training providers
• Supervision of building matters and liaise with JTC and contractors
• Liaise with contractors on repairs and maintenance
Requirements
1. Professional qualification with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting and
Administrative management roles.
2. Possess strong knowledge in accounting principles and standard, audit and taxation matters.
3. Experience in financial planning and forecasting.
4. Proficient in accounting software (SAGE ACCPAC preferred) and Microsoft Office suite .
5. Good communicator, team player, meticulous, and independent.
6. Lead and manage the finance team.
7. Work closely with management and department heads on contract management and financing matters.
