Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitive research, determine platforms, benchmark, identify messaging and develop a social media strategy.
• Develop, edit, publish, and share daily content ( original text, images, video / HTML ) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community engagement.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase company social content visibility.
• Make sure all user-generated content is moderated according to the community's moderation policy.
• Create syndication schedules and editorial calendars.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Collaborate with other departments ( customer relations, sales etc ) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
• A background in content writing, WordPress, editing ( photos / videos / text ), presentation and communication will be preferred.
• Experience with social networking and knowledge of social analytics tools.
• An understanding of WordPress and search engine optimization.
• Knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license
• Preferably with experience in Aviation Industry

Responsibilities

• Issuance of purchase orders to procure parts, components, etc.
• Responsible for end-to-end purchasing and supply management duties.
• Establish, manage, monitor and ensure supply are of dependable quality, price and delivery.
• Perform all store activities such as receiving of goods and inspecting all incoming goods and issuance of items.
• Accurately sort, label and store goods. Accurate Registering and Labelling for items batching, dispatching and storing in appropriate designated stores.
• Maintain record of store/stock/equipment inventory
• Packaging/unpacking of materials are carried out as per the required protocols
• Ensure workplace safety and health practices
• Maintain procurement database and documentation
• Maintain vendor information and records
• Maintains enough stock levels to avoid overstocking.
• Avoids stocking old items and tracking the expiry date of shelf-life items.
• Replenish stock based on the company's guidelines. This is done to avoid wastage.
• Ensure proper handling and storage meet company's standards.
• The Store Assistant makes sure that the stores are clean and tidy at all times.
• Support Sales in RFQs
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Logistic/ Procurement Manager.
