Your key responsibilities

As the Core Banking Business Architect, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and technical guidance to our clients in the banking industry. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to design and implement efficient and scalable core banking solutions. 1. Core Banking System Design:

· Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of core banking system implementations.

5. Governance and Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and data security requirements throughout core banking system implementations.

To qualify for the role you must have

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree will be a plus.

· Extensive experience (10+ years) as a Core banking Business Architect or in a similar role within the financial services industry. Deep hands-on knowledge about Temenos T24 or Finacle will be preferred.

· In-depth knowledge of core banking systems, architectural principles, and industry best practices.

· Strong understanding of banking processes, products, and regulatory frameworks.

· Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and effectively manage stakeholders.

· Strong understanding and coding skills in Java, Core JAVA and Selenium.
