We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager, Laundry to assist in overseeing the strategic and policy direction of our laundry plant and maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in formulating and implementing operational policies to ensure excellence in quality management, cost management, customer satisfaction, business continuity, and safety management across our two facilities located in the East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership - Manage and lead the team of plant and project managers to achieve operational deliverables including quality management, productivity improvement, cost efficiency and management, planned equipment maintenance and upkeep, and safe work practice and culture.
• Responsible for the development and certified training of staff within the laundry operations and maintenance teams to ensure that the unit can cater to changes in demand from the market and customers’ needs and requirements.
