Responsibilities:

• Oversee a large Distribution Center serving the APAC region, covering a vast geographic area.
• Manage complex projects and issues requiring in-depth analysis and consultation with senior management.
• Monitor transport carrier performance in terms of reliability, quality, and cost.
• Develop policies, metrics, and procedures to enhance distribution management functions.
• Contribute to the development of overall distribution strategy and provide input to senior management.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new Distribution Centers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with import/export documentation and Company policies and legal requirements.
• Resolve complaints and issues following established processes and procedures.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess performance and recommend improvements.
• Prepare detailed analysis and reports for upper management.
• Act as the spokesperson for the Distribution Center with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive ERP system user education, training, and improvements in collaboration with IT.
• Drive process and quality improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead the Singapore direct team focused on delivering excellent customer service through order fulfillment.
• Provide leadership in warehouse operations, finance, transportation, and import/export, ensuring alignment with increased demand.
• Partner with 3rd Party Logistics Providers for internal and domestic transportation, import/export, and facility maintenance.
• Engage with peers within the Supply Chain community across various regions and interact with Commercial & Functional Leaders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing and distribution experience in GMP and/or FDA regulated warehouse environments.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership and management experience.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
• Experience in developing subordinate managers and building high-performance teams.
• Knowledge of managing poison and control drugs products.
• Advanced understanding of financial principles related to budgeting, variance, and gross margin management.
• Familiarity with LEAN, GMP manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and other quality concepts.
• Experience in setting up distribution data in ERP systems and proficiency in PC skills.
• GDP-MDS and Cold-Chain experience in Life Science & Clinical Diagnostics fields.
• Hazardous Substances management certification and knowledge of AVA/NEA regulations preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Senior Manager to lead the optimisation of our marketing tech stack, spearhead email automation and lifecycle marketing, and oversee CRM management and data analysis. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity for a data-driven and strategic thinker to make an impact on a young startup within the global FinTech ecosystem.

Job Description

● Marketing Tech Stack: Managing and optimising the marketing tech stack, including CRM, CMS, registration systems and other integrated tools.

● Website Development and Management:Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimisation of all websites with developers, designers, and copywriters.

● Integration Management: Working with the agency to manage integrations between various marketing platforms and tools to ensure seamless data flow and efficient operations.

● Email Automation and Lifecycle Marketing: Design, implement, and manage email automation workflows and lifecycle marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

● Data Management: Ownership of the CRM, ensuring accurate data management, segmentation and reporting.

● Data Reporting and Analysis: Lead data reporting and analysis efforts to measure marketing performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

● Lead and mentor a team.

Our Ideal Candidate:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· At least 7 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of managing and optimising a marketing tech stack.

· Strong knowledge and experience with CMS systems and website development.

· Extensive experience with CRM systems, ensuring accurate data management, segmentation, reporting, and optimising for marketing and sales.

· Highly skilled in designing, implementing, and managing email automation workflows and lifecycle marketing campaigns for audience engagement and lead nurture.

· Highly data-driven and skilled at campaign reporting and analysis to drive marketing performance.

· Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

· Experience with HubSpot is highly preferred; knowledge of HubL (HubSpot's coding language) is preferred but not necessary.

· Knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred but not necessary.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Management Reporting (Master Data and Manpower Cost Finance Manager (1 + 1 Year Contract) Up $4K

Work Location: Near to One North MRT

Work Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thurs), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Master Data creation & maintenance

• Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds research and supporting entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
• Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
• Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and ay re-opening as required to facilitate operations.
• Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
• Ensure grants documentations are well organised and maintained (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals).

Manpower reporting

• Prepare and perform checks and reporting relating to manpower costs.
• Investigate and resolve issues relating to fractionation/cost distribution in payroll postings.
• Prepare other ad-hoc reports as required.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates without experience, but display good aptitude and attitude may be considered.
• Experience in handling manpower costs and fractionation in HR systems.
• Good command of MS Office application
• Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP will be highly advantageous

-Engage with guests at all touch points, ensuring satisfaction and creating opportunities fas well as proactively identifying and bring forth action any areas for service recovery.

-Ensure that all guest requests are efficiently delegated to Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, Food & Beverage and other relevant hotel departments, and that follow up is completed to ensure guest satisfaction.

-Monitor and analyze guest feedbacks (complaints/congratulations/inquiry) from Social Media, Emails, Call Centre, etc. and facilitate action plans necessary for improvements.

-Effectively manage hotel’s online reputation and ensure that guest feedback is responded to and followed up accordingly.

-Review hotel operations and key touch points from a guest’s perspective on a regular basis, ensuring that the guest experience is at the heart of all implemented services and procedures.

-Develop and assist with training activities focused on guest experience and satisfaction.

-Liaise regularly with Key Department Heads to coordinate the welcome/farewell of guests to/from the hotel, including VIP, return and long stay guests.

-Coordination of VIP amenities (accordingly to VIP type).

-Liaise regularly with Engineering, Front Office and housekeeping to ensure that engineering requests are logged, tracked and completed quickly to focus on guest needs as a priority.

-Be alert to meet with all VIPs upon arrival and to escort them to reception when required.

-Carry out pre arrival telephone calls to VIP guests and to gather information to assist in delivery of excellent guest service.

-Carry out courtesy calls to VIP guests and to contact them personally after arrival and during stay to ensure that he/she is completely satisfied as we acknowledge and show appreciation for the guest’s loyalty.

-Coordinate guest history updates from the other departments, to note both successful experiences and recommendations.

-Work together with all departments to achieve a reputation as a market leader in individualized customer-focused service.

-Build and maintain strong and productive relationships with local tour operators, restaurants and service providers to ensure that products offered to guests are of the highest quality and reputation.

-Maintain control of Club guest and hotel accounts, ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.

-Maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality.

-Ensure that Club Millesime, pool and gym operations are smooth and efficient in all aspects, including cost and stock management, staffing levels and service standards, in coordination with the F&B Manager and Executive Chef.

-Adhere to Emergency Communication procedures and ensures that enquiries from the media are only responded to by the nominated spokesperson.

-Any other duties assigned by your manager.

• Support clinician manpower planning requirement and oversee recruitment of clinicians to fill any manpower shortfall.
• Support the development and implementation of an effective employee engagement plan for internal staff.
• Manage the appraisal cycle of Performance Appraisal Moderation Boards.
• Manage clinicians’ promotion process, including updating clinicians’ promotion eligibility based on established timeline.
• Contributes to performance appraisals.
