Office Located Near to City Hall MRT
Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 + Incentives Below
13th Month Bonus, Variable Bonus & Commissions
5 Work Days Include Weekends, 8 Off Days Per Month
Normal Working Hours: 9am-6pm
Event Hours: 7am-4pm // 2pm-11pm
This role mainly handling sales & coordination of the venue on corporate events like dinner and dance (gala night, annual dinner or lunch), product launch (fashion show for jewelry or beauty brands), seminars, concerts and etc.Interested applicants can send your resume to 8739 9469 Janie / [email protected] and allow our Consultants to match you with our Clients. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma Holder with at least 1 year experience in event / hotel boutique / sales / operations duties are preferred for this role.
Those entry level with at least 6 months in event industry are welcome to apply too.
Willing to work weekends & Public Holidays, off in lieu if working on PH.
JOB SCOPES
Sales, marketing, coordination and operation of corporate event.
Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.
Inspect event facilities to ensure that they conform to customer requirement
Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security
Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, And other event needs
Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and service according to customer requirement
