As a Manager, Sales (South East Asia) you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of new and established representatives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. • At least 3 years of leading and coaching a quota carrying team with a high velocity transaction environment as well as complex selling motion in the Commercial segment.
• Must have prior knowledge of the South East Asia region.
• Experiences in CRM market or understand the SaaS selling motion would be a plus.
• Illustrated track record of consistently achieving/ exceeding team targets in a high volume, high growth business.
• Passionate about transforming sales, service and marketing and whose values align with HubSpot’s culture.
