Responsibilities:
· Handle the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc.
· Participate in the HR projects, drive key HR initiatives, employee engagement programmes and statutory surveys.
· Involve in the HR policy review, annual HR audit, budgeting and employee communications.
· Acquire an in-depth understanding of the business units and their people challenges, provide a proactive support service that is tailored to the operational needs.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process and build talent pipeline for the business.
· Handle the full cycle of on-boarding and off-boarding planning and execution.
· Work closely with the business heads on annual performance review, design of training roadmap and provide HR system user support.
· Provide advice and support on operational HR matters such as employee disciplinary issues, grievances and counselling.
· Manage various government support programmes like Internship, SGUnited Traineeship, SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways, SGUnited Skills Programme and Grants.
· Provide HR information and analysis for management review and analytical purposes such as headcount reports, salary surveys, manpower costing, etc.
· Maintain HR database and update employees’ records for accurate reporting.
· Act as Project Lead for HRIS implementation (including specifications gathering, development, system migration and implementation, UAT, go-live, user support, etc.)
· Perform other duties assigned.
Requirements:
· Bachelor of degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience with good business acumen.
· Provide HR advice in a commercially sensitive and appropriate way.
· Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment process and can manage high volume of recruitment through Career Fair, Campus recruitment and direct sourcing.
· Well-versed in Employment Act and strong knowledge in HR practices and regulations.
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
· Self-driven and has a positive and `can-do’ attitude.
· Independent, meticulous, team-player, resourceful and highly organized.
· Strong project management and good organisational skills.
· Able to multi-task and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
