• Keying in of data
• Handing over of security pass / carpark label
• Collection of Admin fee / Renovation fee / Security Pass
• Administer the following works:
• Refund of renovation deposit
• Refund of other deposits (Security pass / 2nd carpark label / BBQ pits / Function hall)
• Order and keeping track of stationery inventory including office inventory
• Postage record for mailing
• Filing and updating of all administrative documents and files and ensure that they are kept and filed in a manner which facilitates their easy retrieval;
• Registration of movement of key (in key press)
• Preparation of circular to Subsidiary Proprietors / residents
• Distributing incoming fax / letters and keeping proper records of correspondences
• Keeping record of file opened
• Negotiate / Sourcing in purchase of budget items for office equipment
• Keeps the petty cash, if assigned.

Site Coordinator - Mostly indoor (inside container office)

Salary: $1800-$2800

Working Hours, 8am to 5pm, Mon to Sat

Working Location: Seletar North Link (on site working)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange delivery schedule with our company and outside truck teams and ensure all company goods are promptly delivered.
• Ensure that site have sufficient stocks for delivery and coordinate with relevant team to arrange for re-stock.
• Assist manager in managing site workers, include truck drivers, wheel loader/excavator operator and general workers.
• Coordinate with personnel involved with vessel / barge shipments coming in port.
• Require to go on-board Mother vessels / barges to inspect goods before discharging and handles other matters as per requirement.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in on-site coordination work.
• Willing to work at outdoor area often.
• Possess own transport, e.g. motorcycle
