Your responsibilities will include:

1. Project Management:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of SingHealth healthcare research projects from initiation to completion.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.

- Manage project and team meetings across sub-teams towards a larger objective.

- Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Communicate project updates and status reports to project team members and stakeholders.

- Interface with business development teams to identify project opportunities and support feasibility assessment.

2. Data Management:

- Oversee healthcare data extraction, storage, and analysis activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

- Oversee data validation, cleaning, and harmonization processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Oversee development and maintenance of databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools to support project activities.

- Facilitate data transformation and preparation between systems to ensure seamless data integration.

- Guide data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and project evaluation.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify data needs and requirements for healthcare projects.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies, including HIM-DM regulations.

Requirements:

- Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Mathematics Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science and/or Business Analytics.

- Minimal 5 years of experience in project management and data management, preferably in a Healthcare or Research setting.

- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and experience with oncology, research or healthcare data management systems are desirable but not required.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Jira.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards, including HBRA, HTF, HIM-DM compliance.

- Ability to work across different domains (biomedical research, data science, analytics)

- Meticulous, with excellent organizational and time management skills

- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
