The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing operational and administrative support to senior and executive HRBPs, ensuring the smooth execution of HR initiatives. Your day-to-day

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees at the designated location/site.
• Handle tier 2 and tier 3 HR inquiries and escalations, including employee relations issues, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Provide guidance and resolution on complex HR matters, collaborating with HR specialists and leadership as needed.
• Conduct investigations into employee concerns, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

What you bring to the team
