What You Will Be Doing

The Human Resources Executive plays a key role in supporting the agency’s people operations. Reporting to the Operations and HR Manager, you will assist in delivering effective HR services, ensuring smooth processes and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating induction programs and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection and reporting for HR initiatives, assist in HR projects
