Job Duties:

• An integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients' staffing needs.

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters

• Conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients' requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Developing connections and new business and relationship management sources with existing accounts.

• Networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers

Job Responsibilities:

· Hands-on daily HR & admin operational matters

· Assist end to end onboarding and offboarding

· Assist in work pass processes

· Responsible for general employee queries such as leave, processes, etc

· Responsible for HR administration including staff records, files, and documentation

· Assist in company insurance

· Office management such as office supplies, purchases, reimbursements, and claims

· Assist and organize company events

· Data entry support

· Assist in payroll computation

· Filing support for accounts non-confidential documents and packing for storage

Job Requirement:

· At least Diploma or with relevant working experience

· Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Words, Excel) pivot table, vlookup etc

Human Resource

• Recruitment/Hiring process including job posting on various platforms, coordinating interviews, job offer, issuing employment letters,etc
• Administration and monitoring of work permits / pass – including new application, renewal and cancellation
• Staff on-board and off-board facilitation
• Handling Staff Training & Development activities including conducting of new joiner orientations, course registrations and administration of training records and files
• Staff Welfare Officer and Benefits Administration
• Company Ambassador For Employee Special Matters & Foreign Employee Visitors
• Other HR functions may be assigned

Admin Operations

• Involve in roles as active member, management rep, internal auditor, safety officer, etc. of Management Systems (such as ISO 9001, HSE systems)
• Handles visitor management and reception activities

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource /Business Administration, Professional certification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Must have min 2 years’ relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Familiar with Singapore labour laws and statutory requirements
• Meticulous, detail oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and multi-tasking skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Assistant HR Manager in carrying out daily HR & administrative functions.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews for recruitment purposes.
• Organize and maintain employee personal files and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining records such as time attendance, employee information, training details, leave records and claims through the Infotech HR system.
• Provide support for onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, workstation setup, stationery, uniforms, exit interviews, IT set up..etc
• Update employees’ insurance information and address any employee queries related to medical insurance claims.
• Provide general office administrative support, including tasks such as ordering stationary, company T Shirts, updating vehicles' insurance & vehicle inspection & road taxes, and replenishing office supplies & pantry items.
• Provide support to office IT related matters as and when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Business, HR, or Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and other employment-related legislation and regulations.
• Experience with using Infotech HR System will be highly preferred.
• Willing to learn, independent & hardworking.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication skills.
