Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and update HR policies for the company
Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and regulations
Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
Manage recruitment process, including: drafting and posting job advertisements; coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications; assisting in candidate shortlisting and reference checks; preparation of employment contract; and onboarding of new hires
Manage employee leave and benefits administration
Manage performance review process
Drive employee engagement and staff development initiatives such as training, team-building
Administrative Responsibilities
Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies and service contracts
Support the management and company in any other adhoc administrative tasks
Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
1. Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role i.e. HR, Finance, Administration, preferably in a SME or start-up environment.
3. Good working knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR practices
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
