• Content creation and marketing support: Develop high-quality sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and marketing materials.
  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  
• Sales reporting and analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports on sales activity and progress towards targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field) preferred. Diploma holders with relevant work experience will be considered too.
• 3+ years of proven success in a sales role within the Built Environment sector (e.g., construction, facilities management, real estate).
• Strong understanding of technology and its applications in the built environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address customer needs.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies.
• A results-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized individual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the Repacking, Containment, and ICW operations and maintenance functions.

- Monitor the safe process flow and manage the backlog of TIW waste.

- Ensure all staff are adequately trained through the OJT program and adhere to safe work procedures and SOPs.

- Facilitate effective coordination between the operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Track and manage the budget for outgoing containment purchases, while promoting the recycling of used containment materials to reduce costs.

- Conduct daily and regular inspections of operational processes, ensuring adherence to plant 5S, TPM activities, safety standards, and proper equipment maintenance.

- Lead daily safety toolbox meetings and conduct regular inspections of PPE to ensure staff are equipped for workplace safety.

- Review and improve existing procedures and workflows in plant operations, focusing on cost efficiency and maximizing throughput.

Requirements:

- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
