Position: Billing officer

Work days: 5days

Location: Jurong East

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary : $2,200 - 2,500

Job Responsibilites

• Billing and invoicing
• Perform day to day billing operations
• Generate invoices for posting to customers
• Oversees and manage billing schedules and prompt issurance to meet both customer expectations and company requirements
• Verify invoice details, by cross referencing with customer's signed contracts/ quotations to ensure accuracy, and proactively address anu discrepancies or errors to compliance with agreed terms.
• Interact with internal and external customers on rates and charges disputes
• Maintain and update accurate records of billing transactions within the system
• Provide accounting support
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments , delayed payments, or irregularities and take appropriate actions
• Other duties as assigned

Sales & Service Coordinator

Working location: Hillview

Working days: 5.25 days

Working hours: Mon – Thur (08:30 to 18:00), Fri (08:30 to 17:30), Alternate Sat(08:30 to 12:00)

Salary: $2,800 + Commission + Annual Performance Bonus

Responsibilities

• Understand the market and find new avenues to generate business to hit department targets
• Find new avenues of growth through long-term service contracts to augment ad-hoc business.
• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for incoming enquiries
• Prepare information and assist the Manager with tender submissions
• Provide input and assist with new digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Follow up on submitted proposals and work closely with the Manager to foster strong relationships with customers
• Create and track submitted proposals and report status to the Manager
• Develop an appropriate network of industry contacts and reach out with direct marketing tools
• Liaise with manufacturers of products to study problems, troubleshoot technical questions and relay information back to Manager
• Represent at trade exhibitions and events as required
• Accompany the Manager for client meetings as needed.

Position title: Warehouse Assistant Supervisor

Salary: $2500 - $3200

Location: Ang Mo Kio (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)

Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Description:
•Monitor warehouse assistants on the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.

•Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity.

•Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management.

•Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production. Ensure all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system.

•Handle and prepare for Delivery Order and Packing List.

•Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo.

•Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications.

•Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all times and planning for future capacity requirements.

•Prepare and support production department for withdrawing raw material/packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List.

•Raise purchase order when required and ensure timely arrangement of maintenance for forklift and stacker
•Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit.

•Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month; finished goods inventory list to be provided upon management request.

•Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation

•Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times.

•Handle and manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines, policy and SOPs.

•Conduct and provide refresher training for warehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs.

•Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assign their work schedule and inventory.
•Highlight, feedback or suggest during and/or after the monthly staff meeting.
•Other projects and assignments instructed or delegated by management and director.

Job Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management

•Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer literate

•At least 5 year(s) of working and supervision experience in the related field

•Possess Forklift License

Position title: Production Supervisor

Job Description:
- Able to lead, train and coach team member

- Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule

- Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product

- Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines

- Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse

- Create, maintain and update the SAP system

- ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance

- Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation

- Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule

- Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Job Requirements:

- Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage

- At least 3-5 years manufacturing work experience required

- Able to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates
