• The Learning and Development (L&D) Assistant supports the L&D team in the delivery of training and employee engagement programmes/activities pertaining to YMCA of Singapore. RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Coordination:

The trainee should possess a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, excellent leadership skills, and be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth of my company.
