Job Description:

• Fulfil financial schedule provide financial assistance to Manager, Finance & Admin in supervising company’s financial and spending procedure within the protocols and report departments progress pertaining to financial matters.
• Work closely with Manager, Finance & Admin in managing day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Responsible to prepare comprehensive financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Responsible in budgeting and forecasting processes, analysis financial data to assist in planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Keep accounting records and documents in complete set, including proper filling and labelling.
• Attend to all ad-hoc jobs upon instructions of superior.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
• Preferably 2 years’ experience related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to do GST closing (Optional)
