Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for HR activities.

Main Job Purpose

• Undertake human resource activities including employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, recruitment, insurance, training, and development.
• Maintain and update staff records, administration of leave, staff resignation, termination, etc.
• Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation, etc)Work pass applications for foreign new hires (including renewal and cancellation).
• Review and updating of company policy in the Employee’s Handbook
• Liaise with all government and external bodies with regards to staff issues, subsidies, and grants
• Arranging & conducting interviews/ initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
• Prepare letters of offer, confirmation, promotion, increment, Bonus, etc
• Entry and update expense reports, staff and workers reimbursement
• Provide administrative support such as memos, letters, transmittals, assists in audits (ISO)and other documents
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualification and Skills

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of HR experience in Singapore.
• Good intercommunication skills and able to work independently.
• Familiar with HR practices and well versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Experience in HR and administrative disciplines in the construction industry.
• Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

HR Management:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and make recommendations for hiring.
• Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
• Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive employee experience.
• Handle employee-related administrative tasks, such as ID card issuance and access control.
• Work pass administration including work pass Application, Renewal, Cancellation, Exemption, etc.
• Coordinate in renewals of Employee Annual Insurance.

Payroll Management:

• Handle payroll processing, including salary disbursements, deductions, and taxation.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations.
• Maintain payroll records and compliance with tax and labor regulations.
• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and HR best practices.
• Prepare and submit various HR and admin reports as required by management.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and industry best practices.

Office Administration:

· Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.

· Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are maintained.

· Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.

· Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and confidentially.

· Organize meetings, appointments, and events.

· Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

· Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis.

· Provide support to management and team members to coordinate travel arrangements as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR, payroll, and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in Info-Tech payroll software will be added advantage.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle and support day-to-day HR and Admin related matters

· Prepare HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion, etc.)

· Maintain accuracy of HR database and updating employee records in HR information system

· Follow up and ensure that all employees’ employment status is updated and processed timely

· Ensure all documentations are properly filed (i.e. P-Files, E-P Files)

· Check and verify staff attendance for Payroll processing

· Check and verify employees’ leave application, medical claims, etc.

· Validate and prepare biometrics report for billing

· Handle employees’ enquiries and feedbacks

· Assist in claims submission, government grants, insurance, etc.

· Assist in coordinating training and development need for employees

· Handle walk-in interviews

· Any other HR/Admin duties assigned

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related field

· Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Function (Candidates with no experience are welcomed. Training will be provided)

· Basic knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices

· Strong organizational and administrative skills

· Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office

· Positive working attitude, people-oriented, strong team player, excellent communication, and interpersonal skill

· Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR documentation

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

· Meticulous and pleasant disposition

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• A-level/Diploma/Degree holder in any field
• Keen interest in Talent Aquisition HR
