Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administrative duties and daily HR operations.
• End to end payroll processing and timely submission of CPF, Tax Clearance IR21 & Yearly IR8A.
• Prepare HR documents, including staff appointment letter, confirmation letter, employees’ attendance, employees’ leave record etc.
• Application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker passes

Requirements:

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR Payroll.
• Experience in payroll processing will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Employee Orientation and HR reimbursement.
• Conduct first level screening and coordinate interview arrangement.

Job Summary:
This is a 6-month Internship Contract. The Admin & HR Executive will provide comprehensive HR and administrative support, including recruitment, onboarding, work pass management, document preparation, and addressing disciplinary matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including the recruitment of nurses for kidney centres.
• Organize recruitment activities to ensure timely selection and source candidates who meet job requirements via job portals and other channels.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, and manage exit clearance procedures for departing staff.
• Administer and monitor work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, as well as coordinate accommodations and related activities for foreign workers.

HR Administrative Support:
