Responsibilities:

Provide support in managing various subsystems within the Human Resources department, including Recruitment and Selection, Training, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring all departmental activities, and participate in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
• Update and implement the compensation program annually, rewrite job descriptions as necessary, conduct salary surveys, analyze compensation, monitor the performance evaluation program, and revise as needed.

• Conduct hiring activities in accordance with programme funding model.
