The purpose of the role is to

Job Description:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and cultivating strong customer relationships.

• Supervise cleaning team leaders and team members
• Implementation of the processes and procedures
• Coordinate the cleaning team shift plan. Delegate tasks according to capability of staff and monitor results/outcome and give feedback.
