Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Job Purpose

This position provides critical support to the Total Rewards team to ensure smooth processing and administering of Ralph Lauren’s Total Rewards programs & initiatives in Singapore & Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs for Singapore and Malaysia
• Handle payroll processes for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations
• Work with payroll vendor, regional and business partners to process monthly payroll, statutory claims, pension administration, foreign employee tax clearance and annual tax filing
• Responsible for sales commission calculations and incentive consolidation for eligible employees
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks specific to Singapore and Malaysia
• Support market research and salary surveys to help benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards in both countries
• Assist in the annual salary review and bonus processes for both countries
• Perform regular audits of payroll and commission calculations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and commission-related matters
• Support implementation of regional & global total rewards initiatives

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of Compensation & Benefits experience in Singapore and Malaysia
• Able to work in dynamic, fast paced environment, preferably in the retail industry
• Good knowledge in labor legislation and local employment practices
• Good interpersonal skills and able to relate with all levels of people
• Well-organized, responsible, efficient, with strong analytical skills
• Detail-minded, independent, adaptive to changes
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application software
