· Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects, from an assigned pool of leads.

Responsibilities

• Crisis Management: Act as the organization's spokesperson during times of crisis or reputation management issues. Develop crisis communication plans, prepare key messaging, and manage media inquiries effectively. • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, government agencies, and community organizations. Develop communication materials tailored to specific audiences and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Event Planning and Management: Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of press conferences, product launches, corporate events, and other public relations initiatives. Work closely with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum media exposure.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor media coverage and public sentiment related to the organization and its industry. Prepare regular reports on media activity, campaign effectiveness, and key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Operate, maintain, and repair central chiller plant equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and related components.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of properties and attend to all work orders issued by tenants and management
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular inspections, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations

• To assist the departments in all aspects pertaining to electrical, ACMV engineering work to plumbing, sanitary installations, fire sprinkler, alarm systems, lifts and escalators etc

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of related building maintenance experience
• Skilled in Building Works, M&E, Air-Con and/or Electrical
• Independent, proactive and responsible team player
• Flexibility to work shift hours
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and communicate with tenants and management.
