Roles & Responsibilities

• Produce M&E Coordination Shop Drawings: Develop and manage shop drawings for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Problem Resolution: Evaluate and address M&E issues with consultants and sub-contractors, ensuring efficient solutions.
• Client and Consultant Meetings: Attend key meetings with clients and consultants to discuss project updates and requirements.
• Report Preparation: Prepare progress reports and other documentation required by clients or consultants.
• Operational Manuals Submission: Collect and compile operational manuals from suppliers/sub-contractors for project completion handover.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with site engineers to resolve issues and co-chair monthly meetings.
• Risk Assessments: Propose risk assessments based on tender drawings and related documents.
• Value Engineering and Cost-Effective Solutions: Develop Value-Engineering and Cost-Effective Design (VCED) solutions for M&E systems.
• Project Scheduling: Review M&E work schedules and lead times to create detailed project timelines using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools for tender projects.
• Tendering Support: Assist in tender preparation by proposing suitable architectural and civil/structural (C&S) solutions, including plinths, access panels, structural openings, dog houses, make-good areas, and other related elements.
• Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys to ensure proper methods of statement and material handling processes are implemented.
• Variation Order (VO) Evaluation: Review on-site VOs and evaluate associated costs in alignment with purchase orders (POs) and tender clarifications.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with the Planning and Quantity Surveying (QS) departments on related project matters.
• Tender Presentations: Prepare tender presentation slides and present M&E-related details to clients during interviews.
• General Duties: Perform comprehensive M&E functions and other general tasks as assigned.

Working Week: 5.5 days

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)

Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm

Monthly Salary Ranges: S$12,500 to S$14,500

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations of the representation office, complying with the company’s policies and procedures.
2. Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements.
3. Act as the local representative for the organization, being the main point of contact while maintaining its reputation and upholding its standards.
4. Build and nurture relationships with local stakeholders, including partners, clients, government officials, and other organizations.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
6. Report regularly to headquarters on the progress of activities and results achieved.
7. Facilitate clear communication between the representation office and internal partners, other branches or departments.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a Master's degree in Business is highly preferred.
2. Minimum of 5–7 years in office management, business development, or regional leadership roles in APAC.
3. Strong understanding of APAC relevant industry markets and regulatory environments as well as both APAC and Spanish cultural nuances and their differences.
4. Experience working in multinational organizations.
5. Ability in managing cross-border projects.
6. Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
7. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
8. Fluency in both written and verbal in English and Spanish as you must communicate with internal leadership team in Spain and external stakesholders in APAC region.
9. Willingness to travel across the APAC region as needed and frequent trips to Spain.

Salary: $2300-$2500

Job Responsibilities

• Perform carpark administrative duties.
• Handle client’s enquiries through calls and email.
• Handle client’s invoices in a timely manner.
• Assist in processing and updating client’s data.
• Perform month-end closing duties.
• Any other duties assigned.
