• Performance Management – Own and manage the approach, development and process of audax Performance Management. This includes and is not limited to designing, refining and deploying the mid and annual Audax Review Cycle.
• Employee Engagement – You will be the champion for driving audax employee engagement activities across our 8 engagement pillars. You will design approach and lead the project plan for each year. Benefits Management

• You will lead and manage audax’s benefits implementation for our staff, which includes (i) reviewing and onboarding of corporate insurance, (ii) reviewing and implementing audax leave schedule in accordance with statutory changes and industry norms, and (iii) proposing and implementing of other programmes which are deemed beneficial to staff from a health and wellness positioning.
