Mon - Thurs 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you shall be responsible for:

• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and its room rates, promotions and facilities.
• Handling all forms of reservations through the phone, email, fax and other correspondence, ensuring they are processed in an accurate, effective and timely manner.
• Ensuring all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are inputted accurately and promptly onto the system.
• Maximizing revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and opportunities to upsell services.
• Liaising with clients and customers to coordinate corporate events whilst building rapport and creating professional relationships.
• Ensuring all work meets company standards (ie paperwork must be accurate and complete, including catering requirements, guest preferences, booking supplements and payment details).
• Liasing with the Sales and Front Office teams on room bookings.
• Any other ad-hoc duties from time to time.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• GCE 'O' Level (Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent will be advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in OPERA Cloud will be advantageous, but not a pre-requisite
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette skills
• Team player, yet able to work independently

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a system strategy plan and implementation roadmap based on the business objectives of the HR Operation team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above with major in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of project experience in system implementation and HR business processes for large corporations or internet companies.
• Ability to understand and analyze requirements, systematic and structured logical thinking ability.
• Possesses deep insight into business, high sensitivity to data, able to handle complex business models and independently complete configurations.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills and learning ability.
• Experience in implementing large-scale system projects such as SAP and Workday.
• Experience in implementing overseas HR system projects is a plus.

• Provide production support.
• Create training material and perform helpdesk cover.
• Develop, configure and maintain SAP HR modules, including personnel administration, organizational management, time management, payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements, design solutions and configure the system.
• Provide guidance to the technical team to ensure the successful implementation of SAP HR solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in SAP HR functional analysis.
• Working knowledge of SAP HCM On Premise Human Capital Management.
• Experience in personnel administration, organizational management, time management, payroll and benefits modules.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
