Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to support our HR and Admin functions. The candidate will be responsible for HR administration as well as assisting the Director with day-to-day activities. Human Resources

• Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Manage employee records and assist with new hire onboarding
• Update employee information in the HR system
• Coordinate and organise employee training sessions and maintain training records
• Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Generate HR review reports and facilitate HR reviews

The Workplace Safety and Health Officer is responsible for imlementing and maintaining the organisations WSH procedures to promote a safe work environment.He/She conducts incident investigations and identifies cases of non compliance with Organisational procedures and legal WSH requirements .
