The Role

This is a good opportunity for an experienced Structural RTO to represent Cundall onsite for one of Singapore projects. This will be a 9-months contract based role commencing in April 2025 with an opportunity for extension if required by project. Location is based in the west of Singapore. The main responsibilities are:

• To coordinate and to supervise the whole construction works of the Contractor on site and to agree on the detailed programme of work.
• To check and ensure that all necessary instructions have been given to the Contractor and authorization from the Head Office has been obtained.
• To check and ensure that all materials are ordered and delivered to the site by the Contractor in good time with all necessary permits obtained.
• To ensure that the requirements of the specifications with regards to materials and workmanship are complied with by the Contractor.
• To ensure that all setting out work are properly carried out by the Contractor and to keep all survey records in systematic and legible manner.
• To keep a daily site record on the progress of the work and prepare site inspection reports.

• Assist with faculty recruitment including coordinating campus visits
• Compiling and verifying necessary documents require for new appointments, reappointments, promotion and tenured in a timely manner
• Handle researcher hiring and contract renewal related matters
• Screening and or bundle of resumes as needed
• Handle researchers’ contract renewal in a timely manner
• Manage general administrative tasks as required.
