Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ level / Professional Certificate. Applicants without the minimum qualification but with proven experience and WSQ Supervisory qualification is acceptable.
• 2 - 5 years of relevant working experience is acceptable

• Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekendsSecondary education with relevant experience.
• Must possess a valid Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD) Licence.
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Willing to work on 12 hours shift pattern day and night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end planning, execution, and completion of payment-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and finance, to support project delivery and address any issues.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the PMO and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payment project management, with at least 3 years in the payments or banking or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving, comfortable to liaise and present in business chinese to stakeholders in China & Taiwan.
