• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in Banking and Financial Service industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Possess good communication skill and initiative
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills (good telephone etiquette)
• High level of patience, good stamina, perseverance and tact when dealing with customers
• Diligent with initiative and a team player
• Knowledge on Block Discounting and/or Leasing operation would be an advantage.
• Able to start work immediately would be an advantage

• To take room reservation from call in guests, Tour agencies and corporate guests
• To work closely with front office staffs and make room booking for guests as per their requirements
• To operate phone system ( Opera system)

Requirements

• GCE O Level with 2-3 years of Hotel Room reservation work experience
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge in Opera system
• Working location at Orchard 3 star hotel
