Scope of work: Handling account related tasks
· Monthly salary and overtime claim preparation
· Filing on employer and employee income tax, filing GST submission & other IRAS matters
· Perform admin ad-hoc duties when assigned
· Renewal on insurance for the employees (Example: WICA/ FWMI/ corporate insurance)
· Submission & renewal for employee work pass
· Update leave and MC record
· Bank reconciliation
· Liaise with supplier/ customer on the dispute invoice issue
· Prepare vendor reconciliation & payment schedule
· Ensure all payments are properly authorized with supported documentation
Requirements
· 3 years and above working experience in related field
· Need to be able to converse in both English and Chinese
· Knowledge in accounting skills and basic knowledge for Human Resources & account
· Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
· Organize & systematic with strong skills with number
· Good working knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
· Self-motivation with positive mind set with ‘Can Do’ attitude
. Work independently without much supervision.
Salary range: $ 2,500 to $ 4,000 per month depending on experience, qualification and interview outcome
