Admin duties
Sourcing and Ordering of stationeries for the company
Sourcing and Ordering of cleaning chemicals for cleaners
Workers’ uniform / safety shoes stock monitoring

Requirements:

- 2 years relevant experience

- Must have HR Generalist experience

Working hours: 08:00am – 05:00pm, OR 08:30am – 05 :30pm (Mondays – Fridays)

Salary: $2800 to $3000/month

Job Description

• We have immediate vacancies for people who are passionate about front-line service.
• You will attend to customers’ savings/fixed deposit account transactions, safe deposit boxes, and other counter services.
• You are not required to work on Sundays or Night Banking.

Requirements:

• At least GCE 'O' level with Higher Nitec or candidates undergoing part-time diploma may apply.
• Good attitude with pleasant personality and a flair for customer service
• Required to work on Saturdays (half day). There will be one Saturday off per month.
• If you do not have relevant banking experience but have customer service and cashiering experience, you are welcome to apply for this position.
