• To carry out full-time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer’s instructions.
• To monitor progress and ensure that the work is done and materials used are in accordance with approved specifications, codes, standards, and regulations.
• Assume any other duties in connection with the project assigned by the S.O.
• Supervise any works in compliance with contract requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Min.10 years of experience in LTA projects
• Registered RTO with IES/ACES

Job Description:

• Process and manage grant applications from individuals and organisations through a grant portal.
• Respond to public queries, attend site visits, compile data for analysis and perform ad-hoc duties when assigned to him / her.

Working Arrangement:

Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Station

Working Hours:

Mon – Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Requirements:

· At least 1-2 years of Grant processing or Project management experience in public agencies or private practice.

· Good understanding of risk assessment, internal controls and internal auditing techniques

· Experience in Public communications, accounting and data information qualifications

· Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills

· Resourceful, meticulous and a team player

· Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think logically. Independent, proactive and highly committed with a strong sense of integrity.
