As a SCDF Paramedic Senior Officer, you will be professionally trained to take control of challenging emergency medical situations and provide first-class prehospital care. • Minimum 'Pass' for IPPT

• Handle onboarding, offboarding and discipline matters
• Manage all staff leave related processes
• Contract Renewal, Emplacement & Promotions
• Handle Grants & Claims
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement in HR through streamlining of work processes and practices.
• Manage employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
• May need to manage full suite of staff recruitment process which includes but not limited to sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource with minimally two years of relevant experience
• Comfortable to travel as you may need to travel on site (islandwide) when needed
